General Information
Sample tastings are available by appointment only.
If you book and have your wedding with us, then the $30.00 will be deducted from the cost of your cake at the time of final payment
In the event of cancellation less than one month prior to the wedding date your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE! NO EXCEPTIONS!
A 50% down payment is expected at the time of reservation. In the event of cancellation before the one month mark, the down payment will be refunded within 30 days.
Final Payment- is due 14 days prior to you wedding date. Your final count and cake flavors are due at this time. If payment has not been received, we reserve the right to refuse your order.
The deposit paid to reserve you cake stand and rentals will be refunded upon the return of your rentals on the fifth day following the wedding. LATER DELIVER WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEIT OF YOUR DEPOSIT! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
FLOWERS- We are always more than willing to lay your flowers on the cake and around the base. Flowers must be provided by your florist unless otherwise stated. The flowers will need to be in arrangements and base flowers should be cut. It is a good idea to let us know that we will be placing the flowers on the cake so that we have the appropriate tools with us. Also if you have a specific lay out you should give us a sketch of exact placement. For flowers that are going on the cake, they must be certified organic (no pesitisdes used in growing) for food safety.
ORNAMENTS-Ornaments can be brought to us between 10-30 days before your wedding.
DELIVERY-
Delivery and setup is required for most wedding cakes. Local delivery
and setup is included in the price of the cake. If the venue is farther
away, there will be a small delivery and setup fee. If you have any
requests for the time of delivery, please let us know 10 days in advance at the
time of finalizing. We will take all requests in consideration and will do our
best to accommodate you, and arrive at the time you request. *Florists are
encouraged to call for a delivery time in order to have the cake and the florist
at the same time.
